Whistler Freeride Experience
Trip Itinerary
- Day 1
Pick up group at the airport, drive 2.5 hours to Whistler. Once in Whistler, you will settle into the chalet and then be free to explore Whistler village and valley trails.
- Day 2
Start with a hearty breakfast and then it is a free day to head off to the world famous Whistler Mountain Bike Park for a day of riding or explore the vast amount of trails in the Whistler valley.
- Day 3
Pick up at the chalet @ 8:30 am, drive to Pemberton. This is a 25 minute drive north of Whistler Resort. Pemberton offers a wide variety of mountain bike trails; cross-country, downhill and freeride. Most of our day will be spent shuttling, to trails like Hawaii Five-O, Mackenzie Cruise, Jib Jam, Cop Killer, Overnight Sensation and many more. Lunch provided, return to Whistler around 6:00 pm.
- Day 4
Same as yesterday, guides will pick up group @ 8:30 am, drive to Squamish. Squamish is located 45 minutes south Whistler. Today offers up a ton of different trails; Peanut, 19th Hole, Home Brew, Deliverance, Ditch Pig, Another Man's Gold, High & Dry and Pseudosuga. Lunch provided, return to Whistler around 6:00 pm.
- Day 5
Today we leave slightly earlier, guides will pick up group at chalet @ 8:00 am and drive to Vancouver's North Shore. Guides will choose where to ride depending on weather and group ability; Seymour or Cypress Mountain. Seymour offers world famous CBC and Ned's. Cypress is home to Roach Hit, Wild Cherry, and many more favorites. Lunch provided, return to Whistler around 6:00 pm.
- Day 6
Today we will ride the local trails of Whistler valley. This is how Whistler became famous from trails like A River Runs Through It, Ride Don't Slide, No Girlie man, Industrial Decease, BC Trail, Kill Me Thrill Me and more. Find out where the locals ride…
- Day 7
Whistler Mountain Bike Park…need we say more! The park opens @ 10:00 am and closes @ 5:00 pm (unless extended play is in effect, the park is open an extra 3 hours on Wednesday, Friday & Saturday) so make sure you have lots of water and food at your disposal. Some of the more notable trails to ride are; A-Line, Dirt Merchant, Schleyer, Joyride, Whistler Downhill, No Joke, Original Sin, Goats Gully, Boneyard slopestyle and Biker Cross.
- Day 8
Same as Day 7, however it will be cut short for the return trip to Vancouver International Airport…this is the point in time where you may want to extend your stay one more week.
