8-Day Freeride Journey

Trip Itinerary

• Day 1
  Meet in Vancouver (pre-arranged location, early morning) and drive to the Fraser Valley, approximately 1.5 hours north of Vancouver. The Fraser Valley is home to several epic areas, Red, Bear and Vedder Mountains. After a long day riding, we will head to Cultus Lake to spend the night.
  
  
• Day 2
  In the morning, we will pack up all the camp gear and bikes and head to Kelowna where we will spend the next couple of nights. The drive will take approximately 3 hours. After arriving in Kelowna we will quickly unload the camp gear and drive to Penticton. After riding the dry desert-like conditions and fast downhill descents trials of Penticton, we return to Kelowna for dinner. Overnight in Kelowna.
  
  
• Day 3
  After waking up at the edge of Okanagan Lake and having a hearty breakfast, we will take you to the gnarly trails on Gillard Mountain…home of the 50 ft road gap that Steve Romaniuk does no footers over. After a long day on the bike, we will head back to the campsite in Kelowna and spent the night.
  
  
• Day 4
  Depart Kelowna in the early morning. Recoup and relax during the trip to Kamloops (3.5 hours drive). Once in Kamloops, get ready to ride Rose Hill and Harper Mountain. Overnight in Kamloops.
  
  
• Day 5
  Depart Kamloops and drive back through the rugged Coast Mountain Range to Whistler. But not before stopping in one of the jewels of British Columbia, Pemberton. After riding in Pemberton, there is a short 25 minute drive to Whistler. For the duration of the trip you will be staying at a B &B style accommodation. Overnight in Whistler.
  
  
• Day 6
  There is no need for vehicle assisted shuttling today; it's time to load the bikes onto the chair lifts. We are in Whistler for the entire day to ride the Whistler Mountain Bike Park. Overnight in Whistler.
  
  
• Day 7
  Another day of non-vehicle shuttling, today we load a helicopter for a descent in the Whistler, Squamish area. With over 6000 vertical feet of trail and panoramic views, this is bound to be one of the most favorite days of the trip. Overnight in Whistler.
  
  
• Day 8
  Board the van bound for Vancouver, where the infamous North Shore awaits us. Spend the day riding natural rugged steep terrain, endless man-made stunts, and free flowing trails. The 'Road Trip' ends today at Vancouver International Airport at approximately 6:00 pm.
