From the age of four Glyn has been riding and racing bikes. It has become a way of life for him. His downhill skills and dedication to the sport have lead him to all corners of the globe to compete in world class events. It was time spent riding in Canada that gave him the idea to offer similar experiences to people in Ireland. Glyn has recently created an instructional/guiding company in Ireland, First Track Guiding. He is hoping to pass along his extensive mountain bike skills and knowledge to fellow Irishmen and women. Also, Glyn has just signed with Cove Bikes for another year and will be stationed in Whistler for the summer months. To check him out in action, he can be seen during Crank Worx and Joyride 2005.

| Home: | Whistler, BC |
| Background: | Tourism/Hospitality Industry: Outdoor Guide & Instructor |
| Favorite Trail: | “Treasure Trail” - it’s a mystery to everyone! |
| Why I love freeriding: | It just seemed like the natural progression from cross-country. You can ride anywhere from street to trail. |
Originally from Scotland, Brian moved to Burlington, Ontario as a child. At the age of 18, he picked up his first
cross-country mountain bike where the addiction of riding began. His love for the sport brought him to the West Coast
where he worked at various jobs including as a guide/instructor in the Whistler Mountain Bike Park for 3 years. His
enthusiasm for mountain biking and the outdoors is contagious whether riding the extreme trails of the North Shore
or the valley trails in Whistler.

the north end of Vancouver Island, his weekends and summers were spent exploring the outdoors, and guiding was
an extension of his childhood. He has guided snowmobile, ATV and mountain bike tours for the past 4 years. His
extensive knowledge of the interior is a great asset to the team. As co-founder of West Coast Freeride Guides
Michael has created an avenue to prolong his childhood.
